Sheila Apenteng Addo was born on the 16th of October 1980 to Mr. Kwame Apenteng and Juliana Ofosuhene Apenteng. She comes from Nkawie in the Ashanti Region.

She studied Bsc. Medical Laboratory Technology in KNUST and completed in 2004. She did a Post Graduate Certificate in Health Administration and Management from GIMPA (GHANA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT AND PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION) in 2006.
She further studied Bsc. Physician Assistantship in Central University and completed in 2019.

Sheila is an author, and has written books like; Children Devotional Guide, A Daily Devotional for Children. She is also a TV host.
She is a worshiper and also gifted in the Prophetic Ministry.
By God’s grace she composes her own songs and has released albums like; Me Nyame a ne wo (2006), Me wo Yonko bi (2011), Mewo nkwa a me wo ade (2012), and Apam (2019).

She is married to Rev. C.K Addo, and blessed with three (3) sons, Clement, Tyndall and Christof. .
